Kotex sanitary napkin ad, July 1921, and the First Kotex Ad Campaign

Did the word dainty and its variations in menstrual and "feminine hygiene" advertising start their long career right here ? (See an ad from September 1921 for the booklet Personal Daintiness from "Mrs. Barton," a woman - the first? - in a long list of representatives of companies selling such things to women. And see the Daintette menstrual cup.)

The Wallace Meyer archive at the State Historical Society of Wisconsin has a proof of this ad; printed at the bottom of the ad is "Copy No. 4," probably meaning that it is the fourth ad in the first Kotex series. Someone wrote on the proof - was it Wallace Meyer? - that Henry Raleigh illustrated it.
