Menstrual towel (napkin, sanitary) belt by Dr. White's, U.K., 1990s?

This belt resembles many contemporary belts - and even those from decades before (see all the belts on this site). And it seems to be identical to the Boots belt from the U.K. about the same time.

Below: The cardboard box measures 2 1/16 x 2 5/8 x 3/4" (5 x 6.5 x 2 cm). The extension measures 2 x 5/8" (5.2 x 1.5 cm). The cardboard extension at top allows a rod to suspend it in a display.
