Petrolatum is petroleum jelly,
a mixture of hydrocarbons obtained from petroleum. The package measures
2 9/16" x 1 5/8" x 3/4" (6.5 x 4.1 x 1.9 cm)

The paper, like the paper on all these wrappers, is probably
oxidized and darker than when it first appeared. The penciled "[$]4.50"
probably is what someone along the way paid for it.
