Marie Claire magazine
(Italian edition) featured several of the
above artists in an article
about this museum and menstruation in 2003.
The newspaper Corriere della Sera (Io Donna
magazine) (Milan, Italy) and the magazine

In the final quilt,
"Me and Mes Tantes, Being of Sound
Mind" examines the end of life and
where all the memories and stuff of
life go when you have no children.
One strong symbolic touch to this
quilt is the re-occurrence of the
cowrie shell from quilt one. Now it
has become the seal on the last
wills of the three women. If you had
the real quilts you could read the
words on the seal being above "the
company of strong women" and below
"leading rich, fulfilling lives".
